এই ওয়ারেন্টি brandbazaarbd.com এবং আমাদের অফিসিয়াল আউটলেট থেকে কেনা পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ ও শর্ত পণ্যের ধরন এবং নির্মাতার নীতির উপর নির্ভর করে। যেখানে নির্মাতার আন্তর্জাতিক ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে, Brand Bazaar ক্লেইম প্রক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা করবে।

পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে করণীয়

• প্যাকেট গ্রহণের পর প্যাকেট ও বাক্স পরীক্ষা করে নিন — ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার এবং ইনভয়েস দেখুন।
• ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করে রাখুন (বক্স খুলে, স্টিকার ও প্রথম পাওয়ার-অন দেখানো)। ইনভয়েস সংরক্ষণ করুন — ক্লেইমে প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

ডিভাইস ওয়ারেন্টি (ফোন, ট্যাব, ল্যাপটপ ইত্যাদি)

• যেসব পণ্যে নির্মাতার আন্তর্জাতিক বা লোকাল ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য, Brand Bazaar ক্লেইম প্রক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা করবে; কিন্তু চূড়ান্ত সার্ভিস ও সিদ্ধান্ত সাধারণত নির্মাতার অথরাইজড সার্ভিস সেন্টারের ওপর নির্ভর করবে।
• কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ১ বছরের সার্ভিস গ্যারান্টি থাকতে পারে (পার্টস বাদে) — পার্টস পরিবর্তনের প্রয়োজন হলে গ্রাহককে খরচ বহন করতে হতে পারে, যদি আলাদা উল্লেখ না থাকে।
• পানি দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ফিজিক্যাল ব্রেক, মিসইউজ বা অগ্নি/ইলেকট্রিক্যাল শর্টজনিত ক্ষতি সাধারণত ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।

এক্সেসরিজ ও কনসিউমেবল

• অফিশিয়াল ব্র্যান্ডেড এক্সেসরিজের ক্লেইমের জন্য মূল ইনভয়েস, সম্পূর্ণ বক্স কনটেন্ট ও ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার আবশ্যক।
• কম-দামের নন-ওয়ারেন্টি আইটেমে স্বল্পকালীন রিপেয়ার গ্যারান্টি থাকলে তা পণ্যের লেবেলে উল্লেখ থাকবে (উদাহরণ: ৩ দিন)।
• স্ক্রিন প্রোটেক্টর, কেস ইত্যাদি সাধারণত কনসিউমেবল—ওয়ারেন্টির বাইরে পড়ে।

ক্লেইম প্রক্রিয়া ও সময়সীমা

• ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করার জন্য মূল ইনভয়েস/বিল, পণ্যের বক্স (সকল কনটেন্ট) ও ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার নিয়ে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার সেন্টারে আসতে হবে অথবা অনলাইনে ক্লেইম রিকোয়েস্ট করতে হবে।
• ক্লেইমের ধরন এবং পার্টস মজুদের উপর নির্ভর করে সার্ভিস ৩ থেকে ৪৫ কার্যদিবস সময় নিতে পারে।
• কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমস্যা পেলে আমাদের জানান এবং আনবক্সিং ভিডিও সংরক্ষণ রাখুন।

দ্রষ্টব্য: Brand Bazaar যে কোনো সময় এই নীতি সংশোধন/হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার রাখে। ব্র্যান্ড-নির্দিষ্ট শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হলে গ্রাহককে নির্মাতার ওয়ারেন্টি নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

Warranty Policy — English

Scope & Applicability

This warranty applies to products purchased from brandbazaarbd.com and our official retail outlets. Coverage and duration depend on product type and the manufacturer's warranty terms. Where manufacturer international warranty exists, Brand Bazaar will assist with the claim process.

Important — Before Accepting Delivery / Leaving Outlet

• Inspect packaging, accessories and the device for visible damage before leaving the outlet or accepting the courier package.
• For delivered orders: record an unboxing video showing the sealed box, warranty sticker and initial power-on. Keep the original invoice — this may be required for warranty claims.

Device Warranty (Phones, Tablets, Laptops, TVs)

• Manufacturer-backed international/local warranty applies for eligible products. Brand Bazaar will help initiate claims; however final service decisions may rest with the manufacturer's authorized service centers.
• Certain devices may include a one (1) year service warranty (parts excluded) — if parts replacement is required, customers may bear parts costs unless otherwise stated.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, burn or electrical short-circuit caused by misuse are excluded from warranty.

Accessories & Consumables

• Official branded accessories require the original invoice, full box contents and warranty sticker for a valid claim.
• Low-cost or non-warranty items may have a short repair guarantee (e.g., 3 days) indicated on the product label.
• Screen protectors, cases and consumables are typically not covered by warranty.

Claims Process & Timelines

• To file a warranty claim, bring the original invoice, product box (all contents) and warranty sticker to our customer care center or follow online claim instructions.
• If a delivered product shows an issue upon receipt, notify Brand Bazaar Customer Support within 24 hours and keep the product, packaging and unboxing video as proof.
• Warranty service or replacement may require 3 to 45 working days depending on repair nature, parts availability, and manufacturer processing times.

Note: Brand Bazaar reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice. For brand-specific warranty terms, customers must follow the manufacturer's warranty procedures and service center instructions.
